If you appreciate fresh produce, you will love Galloping Garden. Sally Boice,a registered dietitian, graduate of
the University of Florida, is determined to make eating
more fruits and vegetables a pleasure, not a task. Sally
worked as a health educator with Health Management Resources for
12 years, emphasizing the lifestyle changes of exercise and eating
an abundance of fruits and vegetables. She often wished she
could spur people on by actually providing the produce with
instructions. So, Galloping Garden was born.
While Sally enjoys introducing people to new items, she loves the
fact that they will ultimately feel better and live longer.
Lowering risk for cancer, heart disease, diabetes, plus easier
